Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


YOU CAN EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM WHEN:

  • Your order is damaged.
  • You ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it.
  • The item is not what you expected and you'd like to exchange or return it.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@arpe.es. Once we receive the email, we will contact you back with all the information on how to proceed with the return.

You can always contact us for any return question at the previous email.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once your exchange request has been approved by our Customer Service, you must drop it off at your nearest pick-up point. If you cannot drop it off, we offer an express return service whereby we will pick up your package with our courier company at the address and time indicated at an extra cost (from 11,95€). (*These methods are valid for Spain and the European Union).

For international exchanges, our Customer Service will inform you about the process and costs.


REFUNDS
Like the exchanges, once your return request is approved, you must drop it off at your nearest pick-up point. If you cannot drop it off, we offer an express return service whereby we will pick up your package with our transport company at the address and time that you indicate for an extra cost (from 11,95€). This cost will be deducted from your refund (*These methods are valid for Spain and the European Union).

When we receive the package, we will send you a confirmation email and the amount will be credited to your account within 14 days (depending on the banking institution). The refund will be processed in the same payment method used to place the order. 

Important note: Arpe is not responsible for any loss of the package. The item(s) is under your responsibility until we receive it at our factory. We recommend that you send the item(s) via a carrier or registered mail to avoid damage, and also keep your proof of shipment.



EXCHANGE OR RETURN COSTS
In Arpe we offer free, fast and easy returns and exchanges in the Peninsula and within the EU (Please note that only the first exchange/return will be free of charge. If you want to make more than one, the shipping costs will be at your expense).

If you want to make it even faster and easier, you can choose the express return service for an additional cost. The rates for express return services in Spain are:

SPAIN (PENINSULA) AND PORTUGAL: 7,50€.
BALEARIC ISLANDS AND ANDORRA: 8,50€.
CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA: from 12,95€.

For international exchanges and/or returns in the European Union, you can also enjoy free exchanges/returns the first time. If you want to use our express return service, our Customer Service team will inform you of the costs.

For international exchanges outside the European Union, you will pay the shipping costs. Any costs incurred for shipping (such as customs duties) will be deducted from the refund. In case of refusal of delivery, these costs will also be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Please contact our Customer Service team for information on costs and modalities.

If you wish to exchange an item for another of a different price, you will pay the difference.



WARRANTY OF ARTICLES
Arpe products are covered by a warranty of 3 months after the date of delivery. The warranty will only apply in cases where there is a manufacturing defect and the damage has not been caused by misuse. In all cases, Arpe will carefully determine if the imperfection has been caused by misuse. To keep your items in perfect condition, please visit our care guide.
